This knee workshop presentation runs through how to fix and maintain your knees- with the latest scientific research available- so you can keep doing the things you love.

The hour long presentation will run through the anatomy of the knee, what works and doesn’t work when it comes to rehabilitation and high performance, and how to keep it nice and strong.

The accompanying videos are all focused on strengthening, stabilising and rehabilitating the knee. Then the videos will take it one step further and incorporate power elements into the exercises so you can run faster, jump higher and comfortably load your knee without the risk of breaking it.
